Room Charges:

  • Rates are based on single or double occupancy and are subject to change without notice.
  • There is a charge of $25 per day for each additional adult sharing a room.
  • Children under 5 years stay free in a room with parents, children ages 5-18 are $10 per child, per day.
  • All rates are applicable to state and local taxes and a $20.00 resort service fee.
  • An administrative fee of $25.00 will be charged for all cancellations. Cancellations must occur ONE WEEK prior to your arrival date or you will be charged a minimum of one night's room and tax. A cancellation number will be given to you upon canceling, which you will be required to provide should there be a dispute.
  • There is a one time $100 pet fee for your first pet. Please call the front desk to have a pet waiver sent to you prior to arrival.
