On a recent visit, hearing our desires for accommodations during our anticipated three night stay, Ms. Bailey went above and beyond to ensure our complete satisfaction. In fact, one of the very important factors in our decision where to stay in St. Michaels on our annual visit is Ms. Bailey's ability to attract and retain us even with a telephone inquiry. She ensures our return visit with her professionalism, accommodating attitude whenever possible and friendly personality.

HI all,,I cannot thank you enough all for a wonderful PJ surprise party that I planned for my daughter last weekend..... she was so surprised and enjoyed every minute......from the wonderful room...the champagne and chocolate covered strawberries....to the wonderful attention at the spa for our massages and facials..the girls were wonderful and so attentive and to the fantastic dinner and service. The room was magnificent and we cannot thank you all enough..the desk staff was so accommodating as well!... It helped Jennifer relax a bit and de-stress before her husband's deployment.It will be her "happy place" to remember and think about during this time.. Please remember to keep all our service men and women and their FAMILIES in your daily thoughts and prayers. Enjoy the rest of the summer and "we will be back"!!! This is the first time I have ever written a letter either in praise or complaining about the service we have received. But I must compliment everyone involved with the rehearsal dinner the inn did for us on September 17th. Clay did everything he could possibly do to make us feel welcome and take care of our every need. The whole staff, from the waiters, bartender and oyster shucker were friendly and attentive. Rachel and her predecessor, Autum, did an excellent job in helping us with the menu. The food was outstanding. We have heard good things about your new Chef, Dave, but he went beyond our expectations. All the guests complimented us on the service, the food and the fantastic view. The Sunday morning brunch was to be held at the Town Dock, but due to an unexpected fire, the bride and groom had to find a last minute replacement. The Harbour Inn jumped right in and provided the same first class service that they did for the rehearsal dinner. We would not hesitate to recommend the Harbour Inn to anyone looking for a venue to hold a special event.

You have such a wonderful Inn. We enjoyed the accommodations, food and hospitality during our stay for the Concours de Elegance, which was spectacular. I practice Internal Medicine in Williamsburg and vintage cars are one of my hobbies. I have a 1959 Bentley and a 1967 Jaguar, which I enjoy and show with success. Hope to see you when we return next fall.
