Seasonal rates for the 2026 boating season:
April 22 – October 27
Weekday: $2.60 per foot ($110 minimum) Bulkhead $4.95 per foot
Weekend: $3.95 per foot ($190 minimum) Bulkhead $4.95 per foot
Hourly: $20/hour (excludes resort bicycles and car service)
Please call for Holiday and Festival Weekend rates. Two Night Minimum stay applies May 22nd – 24th, July 3rd – 5th, and September 4th – 6th, 2026.
October 28 – April 21
Weekday: $1.50 per foot (no minimum)
Weekend: $2.00 per foot (no minimum)
Weekend rates apply Friday-Monday on Holiday weekends.
Electric
30 amps/110V: $30 per cord/day
50 amps/220V: $35 per cord/day
100 amps/110V: $75 per cord/day

Deposit: A minimum deposit of one night’s dockage and taxes/fees will be charged at the time of booking to the credit card provided
Rates: All rates subject to change without notice
Resort fee: $44 daily; includes WiFi, car service, bicycles, hot coffee & tea available all day in the Ship Store, pool access & towels, guest computer access, printing capabilities, and fitness room access
