Pascal and his wife, Caroline, a chef, are local residents who strive to make sure all their guests feel at home. Having spent every Thanksgiving at the Harbour Inn with his family for the past 25 years, Robert makes sure the family feel remains the same throughout the year – no matter who comes through the door.
