General Policies

  • Check-in time begins at 4 pm
  • Check-out time is 11:30 am
  • Early check-in and late check-out are available at additional costs based on availability. This must be arranged at least 24 hours in advance of your arrival date. Otherwise, check-in and check-out times are as stated.
  • Should a room be occupied past 11:30 am and late check-out was not arranged with the Front Desk, a late check-out fee of $50 will be added to the room bill.

Rates

  • Rates are based on single or double occupancy and are subject to change without notice.
  • There is a charge of $25.00 per day for each additional adult sharing a room.
  • Children under 5 years stay free in a room with parents
  • Children ages 5-18 are $10.00 per child, per day.
  • All rates are applicable to state and local taxes and a daily $35.00 resort service fee.

Booking Requirements

  • To guarantee your reservation, a deposit of one night's lodging is required via credit card. This credit card will be required upon check-in.
  • Should you book more than one room under your name, the first night's deposit per room is still due.

Cancellations, Modifications, and Refunds

  • There will be a $25.00 fee on all cancellations that take place at least seven days (1 week) prior to arrival.
  • Refunds are made ONLY for reservations cancelled more than seven days (1 week) prior to arrival.
  • All reservation modifications must take place seven days (1 week) prior to arrival. This includes arrival date changes, departure date changes and room type changes.
  • Any cancellations made less than seven days (1 week) prior to your arrival will result in forfeiture of your advance deposit in its entirety.
  • No Shows will be charged the entire amount of their stay.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.
  • If cancelled, a cancellation number will be generated upon cancelling, which you will be required to provide should there be a dispute.
  • In all situations, the decisions of management are final.

Pet Policy

  • We accept dogs only. There are no restrictions on breed or size.
  • There is a one-time $50.00 pet fee for your first pet and $25.00 for the second.
  • You will need to fill in a pet waiver form upon arrival.
  • We do not accept cats, birds, reptiles or any other species besides dogs.
